Can I use more than one discount code on my order?

Can I modify my order?
Once your order is placed and payment processed, we're unable to make any modifications. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but you'll need to await its delivery. Can I cancel my order?

Which size should I order?
When making an online purchase, determining the perfect size can be challenging. To ensure you can order your garment with confidence, we've included a sizing guide below each item on our website.
Our sizing is true to size unless otherwise specified. If you prefer an oversized fit, we recommend ordering one size larger than your usual fit.

What if the item I receive is damaged or defective?
We dedicate extensive efforts to ensure that our garments maintain the highest quality standards and are free from any defects. However, despite our best efforts, occasional issues may arise. If you have concerns regarding a faulty or damaged item, please reach out to us via email at help@ensodiferente.com, and be sure to include attached images for our reference.
Upon receipt of your returned item at our warehouse and a brief review process, the return fee will be reimbursed to you. This process may take a few days, but in the event of a defective or damaged item, we take full responsibility and will issue a complete refund.
